"Using Learn Amp, we’ve been able to build out our pilot onboarding programs blending online content with exercises and quizzes – which has seen knowledge retention double, and huge increases in engagement."

The Context
Patrianna is an innovative tech company in the social casino space specialising in developing engaging gaming experiences through smart product development, seamless technology integration, and user-centric design. With a global, remote-first team, they leverage cutting-edge technology to create scalable, high-performing platforms that drive player engagement. Focused on strategy, innovation, and continuous growth, Patrianna is shaping the future of tech while expanding its team across Product, Design, Technology, Marketing, and Operations.
The Challenge
As Patrianna expanded, its HR division evolved to oversee not just its own operations but also those of two partnering companies. With this growth, a larger transformation project was needed to redefine the HR function across all three sites. A key focus was developing a new learning strategy, one that was bespoke enough to feel tailored to each site’s unique needs while remaining centralised and easy to manage from a top-down perspective.
Managing Multi-Site Administration
Patrianna had no way of establishing clear governance and admin usability across multiple sites, particularly ensuring that learning can be managed from a centralised hub.
Scalability and Performance
Patrianna needed to ensure a consistent user experience regardless of location or site access as well as large scale adoption.
User adoption and engagement
Patrianna realised that the different accounts had different levels of digital readiness making sure there needed to be a launch strategy and maintenance that appealed to all parties.
"In terms of implementation the support given is fabulous, the system
itself is what every L&D professional dreams off, of course it’s not a one
size fits all but what doesn’t fit Learn Amp were capable to amend very
easily to meet our as a business."
Dale Gunstone, Senior L&D Manager
The Solution
In February, Patrianna successfully launched three centrally managed Learn Amp platforms, and a fourth parent account, ensuring a seamless and familiar experience for users to complete their training and weekly check-ins. The core learning content was administered from a parent account and cascaded down to each site, providing both flexibility and centralisation. Each site maintained its own account, allowing for content uploads and performance management, while essential materials like compliance training remained consistent and uneditable when distributed from the parent company.
To drive user adoption and maintain platform agility, unique administrators were identified at each site to manage localised needs, individual branding was implemented to create a familiar experience, and ownership of non-critical areas was delegated on a per-platform basis. This approach allowed for a balance between consistency and customisation, ensuring engagement and effective learning across all locations.
"As an L&D professional for over 35 years and having used a number of
different LMS platforms from tailor-made in house to purchases that
required many amendments to suit mine and that business’s needs, Learn
Amp has been an amazing tool and company to work alongside to really
bring my vision to fruition."

The Results
An agile, standardised, decentralised approach to learning and development – managing three platforms across three different sites under one unifying name ‘Pixel’.
Highlights include: onboarding content, communication, and tech.
High User Adoption and Engagement
An average of 70% user logins across the three sites within the first month.
Learners spend an average of 28 minutes a week on the platform, completing content, and engaging with their check-ins.
Improved Admin Experience
"When you have three separate companies all operating under one
banner the use of a parent platform becomes advantageous to input into
and then filter into each of the three platforms. Being able to brand each
one separately and dedicate different resources to each company's needs
going forward will be quick and simple to administer."
