Use of cookies by Learn Amp
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site. The tables below explain the cookies we use and why.
Marketing website

| __cf_bm | Cloudflare's bot products identify and mitigate automated traffic to protect your site from bad bots. Cloudflare places the __cf_bm cookie on End User devices that access Customer sites that are protected by Bot Management or Bot Fight Mode. The __cf_bm cookie is necessary for the proper functioning of these bot solutions. |
| __cflb | When enabling session affinity with Cloudflare Load Balancer, Cloudflare sets a __cflb cookie with a unique value on the first response to the requesting client. Cloudflare routes future requests to the same origin, optimising network resource usage. In the event of a failover, Cloudflare sets a new __cflb cookie to direct future requests to the failover pool. |
| __cfruid | Used by Cloudflare to identify trusted web traffic. |
| _cfuvid | The _cfuvid cookie is only set when a site uses this option in a Rate Limiting Rule, and is only used to allow the Cloudflare WAF to distinguish individual users who share the same IP address. |
| cf_chl_2 | Used by Cloudflare for the execution of JavaScript or CAPTCHA challenges. These cookies are not used for tracking or beyond the scope of the challenge. |
| cf_clearance | Whether a CAPTCHA or JavaScript challenge has been solved. |
| _session_id | Provides insights into how your G2 product profile influences buyer behaviour by tracking visitors who navigate between your G2 product profile and your website. |
| hs-messages-hide-welcome-message | This cookie is used to prevent the chat widget welcome message from appearing again for one day after it is dismissed. |
| hs-messages-is-open | This cookie is used to determine and save whether the chat widget is open for future visits. |
| __hssc | Used by HubSpot, this cookie keeps track of sessions. |
| __hssrc | Whenever HubSpot changes the session cookie, this cookie is also set to determine if the visitor has restarted their browser. |
| __hstc | Used by HubSpot, the main cookie for tracking visitors. |
| hs_ab_test | This cookie is used to consistently serve visitors the same version of an A/B test page they’ve seen before. |
| hubspotutk | This cookie keeps track of a visitor's identity. It is passed to HubSpot on form submission and used when deduplicating contacts. |
| messagesUtk | Used by HubSpot, this cookie is used to recognise visitors who chat with you via the chatflows tool. If the visitor leaves your site before they're added as a contact, they will have this cookie associated with their browser. |

| __hs_cookie_cat_pref | This cookie is used to remember a user’s choice about cookies on the Learn Amp marketing website. Where users have previously indicated a preference, that user’s preference will be stored in this cookie. |

| pixel_density | Used to store your DPI to improve quality and compression of images served to you based on your browser. |
| original_locale | Stores your original language preference so the correct language can be restored. |
| connection_uuid | A unique identifier used to associate your browser session with real-time platform features. |
| sso_identity_add | Used temporarily during single sign-on to link an additional identity to your account. |
| user_sessions_link | Used to support switching between linked accounts where a user belongs to more than one Learn Amp account. |

| totango.heartbeat.last_module | Used by Totango to store the last-visited area of the platform. Customer Success use Totango to help inform businesses on how their users are using their system and tailor proactive support for their specific usage. Set only with your consent. |
| totango.heartbeat.last_ts | Used by Totango to store the timestamp of the last event collected. Customer Success use Totango to help inform businesses on how their users are using their system and tailor proactive support for their specific usage. Set only with your consent. |
| _pendo_guides_blocked _pendo___sg__ _pendo_meta _pendo_visitorId |
Used by Pendo to track whether or not to display in-product guides and notifications based on whether the user has viewed the information already. |
