Does Learn Amp offer a Data Processing Addendum (DPA)?
Yes. Learn Amp offers a Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) that outlines our commitment to processing personal data in line with the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
For Core customers, the DPA is already included in the signed SaaS Agreement as the Data Processing Schedule, meaning no separate DPA is required. Signing a standalone DPA would duplicate what has already been contractually agreed.
For Spark customers or prospective customers who require a signed standalone DPA, you can review our standard DPA below. If you wish to proceed, please send a signed copy to compliance@learnamp.com and we’ll return a countersigned version.
