Set teams and management lines:
Set up your org hierarchy and add users into it as they join. Set their teams and management lines so that they know who to report to.
Automate content assignment:
Set teams for users and have content automatically assigned to them when they join. First assign some content to your teams in Learn Amp, then simply set the team in Fourth when you invite a user in and their dashboard will be filled with the right content for them.
