LMS: Built comprehensive LMS functionality including internationalisation to combine Directive & Self-driven. First international customer.

Performance: Built performance tools such as 1-to-1s and Objectives to enhance alignment between the business and employees.

Connect: Pre-pandemic we focussed on wellness & engagement tools. The pandemic brought this into greater focus.

Community: Deepened our social features to support people during the pandemic and beyond. Focus on our broader impact with certifications for social impact (B Corp) and security standards (Soc 2).

Develop: Expanded our ‘Perform’ package to include Skills and move towards a ‘Develop’ package.

With the emergence of AI, Learn Amp enhanced its suite of tools by utilising AI and automation across content creation, search, reporting and more. Additional focus on accessibility and WCAG.

A big focus on connecting all of our tools into a coherent development journey and doubling down on our strong UX. Deepening reporting, integrations and security (ISO 27001 certified).
